10-12-2024I needed some lamps for my microscope and could not find them anywhere. Contacted the customer support and they directed me to the right lamp and helped me create my account and checkout. Fair prices and good shipping rates combined with a caring customer service, very good!

23-12-2025Dear Cindy, Sorry to hear that you were surprised by the duties & fees associated with purchase. Please note that on our webshop and in our email signatures we advertise we are a European webshop. All orders into the USA are subject to duties & fees due to the current administrations views on global trade. We wish it wasn't the case but it is, apologies for the unpleasant surprise. I do believe when ordering online knowing where you are ordering from is important just like knowing the import laws of your country. Kind regards, Bob Lont

10-03-2026I ordered from them because they had the best price including the shipping price. NO where is there a disclosure that there would be duties & fees associated with purchase. Do NOT ORDER from them if you don't want to get hit with undisclosed Duties & Fees.
