I spoke with the most caring person, named Ray. He showed so much genuine care and support. He assisted, offered me an affordable option for repayments. On top of that provided me with contact details and information that is beneficial for my situation. I've never had such a caring person, especially with loan companies. I was scared initially to call, but Ray truly brought comfort and peace of mind to me. Mr Lender you have to keep him and give him employee of the year award and anything else available.
