Despite paying my vignette fees on time… Despite paying my vignette fees on time and in full via the Exotoll service, my vignettes were never activated in your system. As a result of this clear failure in service provision, I have received fines sent to my home address and have suffered serious damage. It is unacceptable that the service is not provided despite payment having been received. Furthermore, from the point of view of customer satisfaction and social responsibility, it is very worrying that you have not yet responded to the multiple emails I have sent you about this issue. They have contacted me, but I have still not seen any results. They say they will resolve the issue, but that is ultimately a big lie.
