Great customer service
I bought the Soho set on the way from the Netherlands to Italy. I had an overnight stay in Switzerland and was approached by someone from Amory London in the shopping centre. She styled my hair and the result was amazing. I bought the Soho set for €300 but was disappointed when I found the hair straightener missing at the destination. I was in tears and wrote a review about how dissatisfied I was. Immediately afterwards I received a call from the company. I was so angry that I didn't pick up. The next day Daniela called again and explained that it had been an accident and that they would send a new hair straightener to my house in the Netherlands. The straightener was sent within a day and I am using it now. It works well and quickly heats up to 230 degrees. Initially I was not satisfied, but afterwards happy with the handling.
