I never received my order. Thank you for your quick and adequate reply. Doorbell footage indicates that no delivery attempt was made. And even if that were true, I have not received any notification that the package was at a pick-up point. I contacted DPD Group several times last week, but they did not respond. Today I finally managed to get through by phone. They indicated that the package number does not exist and that they have not received a package from Colissimo. I had to contact the sender, so I sent you an email this morning. Thank you for investigating this matter and I hope it wille be resolved soon.kind regards, Sunny
