Awful Customer Support
Ordered a high-value product in a rush on the promise of 1 day delivery. But delivery was not guaranteed and so cancelled the order over phone and through email the very same day. The product was shipped and arrived 10 days later. It has not been opened or I call and request them to cancel the order and initiate refund immediately. 40 days later and hundreds of calls and half a dozen emails later, I am still trying to reach this company to return the product. No trust at all in this business, wouldn't want anybody else to experience the same !
