Swift reply but bad product!
I ordered a product which does not fit the purpose. In order to work it needs to stay steady on the ground as per the pictures on the package and website. However the pictures are manipulated and the object does not behave as advertised. Customer service was swift and kind in their replies but they don’t accept the object back as o took it out of the package (which is the only way to verify it doesn’t work…). They offered me a voucher of 1/3 of the total cost instead!
