Perfect service
I had a problem with my delivery and, honestly, the situation was quite complicated and confusing. Throughout the entire process, Kati was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, patient, kind and, most importantly, she really took the time to help me. She contacted GLS several times, kept me updated with every response she received, and continued following up until the issue was finally resolved. What I appreciated most is that she didn’t just tell me to contact GLS myself. She actually took the time to communicate with them and make sure everything was sorted out. After all the waiting and uncertainty, the package was finally delivered to the correct address. I have only just received the package, so I haven’t had the chance to properly see or try the product itself yet. I am extremely grateful for all her help and effort. Kati truly went above and beyond, and she deserves a lot of credit for her excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Kati!
