excellent customer service
I had a power bank type Al490, actually I even had 2. unfortunately one of the 2 no longer held power after charging. I was disappointed because this was quite an expensive device. so i called the supplier. the power bank was actually out of warranty and this model is no longer available. the supplier nevertheless wanted to find a suitable solution. There had to be internal consultation, with the result that they sent me a replacement model which was even slightly more expensive, despite the fact that it was outside my warranty. I was already afraid that I had to buy a new one and did not expect it to be solved so neatly without any problems. I am very happy with this good customerservice. and will therefore recommend xstorm for quality and also for the aftercare when there are any kind of problems.
