Wide range of products, helpful staff and almost great delivery.
I purchased two products online and the quality of both products was as described. After picking up the delivery, I exchanged one of the products at their Amsterdam shop due to a sizing issue. The staff were very helpful and I was impressed by the wide range of products available. I am giving 4,5 stars because although I was very satisfied with the products, the home delivery experience could be improved. The delivery did not arrive on the day as indicated in the delivery note, and the package was instead dropped off at a delivery point about 15 minutes away from my requested delivery address. Overall I had a very positive experience and would happily shop with them again.
