Uncomplete order - no communication
I ordered packing items for moving my house. Three of the chair covers were missing. I took the photo of the delivered items and also the order paper. I mailed these photos to the info mail address and asking about the missing covers. However, I am still waiting for an answer more than a week. No response, no refund, no chair covers.
