The Worst Company
Every interaction with CZ feels designed to extract more money from customers while offering as little care and attention as possible. I've unfortunately been with them for two years — and I deeply regret ever agreeing to a policy. The issues are endless. CZ creates problems through a lack of communication, clarity, and care. Then they wait for you to approach them to fix those problems. When they do offer a solution, they fail to implement it properly — again due to carelessness, indifference about the customers wellfare, *****ic protocols, an absence of coherent systems. All resulting in you ending up back at square one. Trapped in a loop, bound to repeat the same frustrations again and again — like a twisted, Sisyphean nightmare. Caught in their web of incompetence until the sweet relief of death finally liberates you from their greedy, useless, malign grasp. And the chances are, with CZ as your insurer, death won’t need many chances to get the job done. CZ, you are the worst company.
