I’m updating my original review because the issue has now been fully resolved. Although it took longer than expected, the team stayed in contact with me and worked toward a solution. I received my replacement package, and the one item that was unavailable due to being out of stock was refunded. I appreciate that the matter was resolved in the end and that they followed through on their commitment. Thank you to everyone who helped get this sorted. I always believe it’s important to update reviews when a business makes things right, so I’m happy to reflect the final outcome here
