I never received a tracking link by email to track the order nor could I see one in my account. The boxes arrived later than they were supposed to. The delivery person was very very rude, he should be fired. Since I’m not able to find the tracking info please pass this on to the delivery company. The delivery guy refused to bring the boxes to my door. There was an elevator and he could fit with them fine but he refused . He even refused to move them at all from the van to begin with, called me multiple times to come over to the van. The boxes were very heavy, especially because they were attached to a pallet. It took me a very long time to drag them inside of my place because the delivery guy refused to bring them. For spending so much money on delivery, this is unacceptable.
