I like the product but I didn't like the setup steps at all. First off, double motor setup steps for top-down, bottom up models aren't clear at all. If the product is set-up via Apple Homekit first, you can't connect it to Amazon Alexa anymore. There is no option to control both motors at the same time (simultaneously). This can only be done by setting pre-configured locations for both motors and creating a command under Amazon Alexa. The EVE software often looses connection to the blinds, Thankfully it didn't with Alexa so the automations we built still work. During setup, these things frustrated me so much that I was about to return the product. Thankfully, we resetted it started from scratch and directly connected to Alexa first. For your information, I am very tech savy and I work for an electronics company as a supplier manager so I am sure people with no prior experience are very frustrated as well.
