One thing I would recomend is just adding something to the orders. Example everytime I order from a welknown suppliment online platform they always add some samples or something small to the order. That does make the customer feel they getting something more. Not saying that it would stop me from buying from supspace as your service is very good, but naturaly i first look at the other provider to see if they have stock or if they have the same price, if not supsace is my second option.
