I had originally ordered through Amazon, and was so happy with the product that I ordered an extension, which was actually a completely separate item. I then realized a connector piece was not included. I contacted them through Amazon and directly and got responses swiftly from both sides- during the Christmas holiday! They advised that I would need to purchase the adapter, but that they would send it free of shipping- as I had already purchased quite a bit. I received the part before the new year. Excellent customer service and I’m totally pleased with the product!
