Heatpump delivered by climamarket, this was a smooth sale. The transportcompany made it a dissaster. We got an date/time of delivery, but was delayed after, workday later an new delivery, the heatpump was there. But only outdoorunit not indoor! We had an installation dismantled, house was cold (-3C) I had to rent an mobile CV heater, and wait for an new delivery. This made an cost of about €***,- So climamarket did a Good job delivering a fast new one. But the mismatch delivery made us with big negative costs.
