Delivery issues
BudgetGift’s employees are very friendly and helpful, and I have always had a positive experience dealing with them. Unfortunately, the delivery service provided by DHL has been very disappointing. My parcel has been returned twice, even though the delivery address is correct and other delivery companies, such as UPS, have had no issues delivering to the same address. I understand that the delivery process is outside BudgetGift’s direct control. However, I would appreciate it if BudgetGift could raise a complaint with DHL and consider using an alternative delivery company in the future to provide customers with a better delivery experience. Overall, I am happy with BudgetGift’s service, but I hope they can address this delivery issue with DHL.
