Excellent service
I recently tried the Orange World Cup Edition from Fresh Improve after purchasing it through their overstock promotion. At first, I thought the product simply wasn't working for me because the strips kept coming loose after about an hour. After contacting customer support, they immediately helped me and sent me different sizes to try free of charge. It turned out that the issue was the fit, not the product itself. The standard size fits perfectly, and almost 24 hours later it is still securely in place and working exactly as intended. What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. They responded quickly, genuinely cared about finding a solution, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. If you're trying these for the first time and they're not working for you, don't hesitate to reach out to Fresh Improve it may simply be a sizing issue.
