I had a question/concern regarding my order being shipped from Amsterdam to Los Angeles. The reply from support came a couple of days later than I had expected, but Wisam reached out to me and explained that the museum was VERY busy and apologized for the response delay. Wisam was able to quickly answer my questions and the shipment was perfectly executed! Wisam continued to follow up with me to make sure that my order reached me fine. I would DEFINITELY purchase from Cowmuseum again in the future! The items are so unique. Many folks here in Los Angeles who have seen my item loved it!
