Ordered some Omega-3 pills after a friend recommended them. DHL messed up and dropped the box at a pickup point without telling me, so it got sent back. Hit up customer support, even offered to pay for the second shipping myself. They hit me with a “sorry to disappoint you” and resent it completely free within 24 hours. Absolute 10/10 service.
