The product arrived quickly, even during a snowstorm. The seller packed the item very well, and the delivery service was excellent. Since I ordered a large indoor plant, the delivery staff kindly helped carry it into the hallway. There was no damage inside the package, and the plant looks healthy. I will definitely buy from this store again.
