I ordered a tile sample which unfortunately arrived just one day before their Black Friday sale ended, making it difficult to take advantage of the discount. The 20x20cm sample was too small to properly assess the color variation and pattern—in fact, the piece I received showed such a neutral, generic section that none of the distinctive pattern was visible at all. This made it nearly impossible to envision how the tile would actually look when installed. At half the price of a full 1m² tile, it felt like limited value for evaluation purposes. A suggestion for improvement: sending at least two sample pieces in the same package would allow customers to place them side by side, giving a much better sense of the pattern continuity and color variation across multiple tiles. This would significantly enhance the decision-making process without substantially increasing shipping costs. However, I must commend their customer service team for their professional and helpful response to my concerns. They clearly explained their sample logistics, provided additional resources including detailed product images online, and offered to arrange a showroom visit in Ede to view the full range. They also remained open to discussing competitive pricing options. While the sample itself didn’t meet my expectations, their willingness to find solutions and accommodate customer needs shows genuine commitment to service.
