Fantastic customer service and high quality bags
Kopen in vertrouwen! Dit is volgens mij de leuze van deze firma. Ik kocht enkele jaren geleden een bumbag van Depeche. Daar ik deze zo geweldig vond (super leder, mooi afgewerkt, ...), kocht ik er terug eentje van dit merk. Op de website stond afgebeeld met een buckle die kon afgehaakt worden. Helaas was dit niet het geval. Heb even naar Depeche gemaild en telefonisch contact gehad met Maria. "In no time" werd dit opgelost! Was blijkbaar een foute afbeelding op hun website en ik kreeg een korting op de bumbag. De centjes stonden de dag zelf al op mijn rekening. Dus ik blijf zeker fan van dit merk, zowel voor d kwaliteit van de tassen als voor de fantastische klantendienst! Buy with confidence! I think this is the motto of this company. I bought a bumbag from Depeche a few years ago. I love it so much (super leather, nicely finished, ...), I bought one from this brand again. The website showed a buckle that could be unhooked. Unfortunately this was not the case. Just emailed Depeche and had telephone contact with Maria. In no time the problem was solved! Was apparently a wrong picture on their website and I got a discount on the bumbag. I received the money on my account the same day. So I remain a loyal fan of this brand, not only for the quality of the bags, but also for the fantastic customer service!
