Grateful for the support and guidance
We had been trying to rent a flat close to work through three different agencies for three months. Hands down, Edelwonen was by far the best one. Not only was it easier to upload our documents, but they were also contacting us immediately to inform if our documents were uploaded correctly. They were really friendly and supportive. Note that the other agencies either they haven’t replied to anything even till this moment, or they never invited us to viewings and just sent an email after weeks that the flats we were interested in, were rented out. Then, with Edelwonen, we were shortlisted and invited to viewings in short time. We attended three viewings, we were unsuccessful in several others, BUT in the end we finally made it! Now, we enjoy our new modern flat, which is a New York style building with concierge(!) , gym, sauna, Starbucks, private parking and cameras around the block, close to work and amenities like supermarkets, bus station etc in walking distance! What more to say other than thank you to everybody in Edelwonen and wish you huge success and keep offering such excellent customer service!
