What a fantastic review, thank you so much! It really makes our day 😊 We’re very happy to hear that you had such a great experience — from the help via chat to the ease of ordering and delivery, even all the way to Sweden 🇸🇪 That’s exactly what we do it for! This kind of experience is precisely our goal. Cutting 32 pieces in 9 unusual shapes is certainly not an everyday job, so it’s extra nice to hear that the precision and reliability made the difference for you. Of course, our aim is always zero damage, and if anything does happen we’re more than happy to resolve it, but we’re glad to hear you were still able to use the material. If you start a new project in the future (complex or nice and simple), we’ll be happy to help you again. Thanks again for your trust and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! Kind regards, The TOSIZE team
