Negative on so many ways
Negative on so many ways: - delayed several weeks that became months due to summer - they promised a gift to compensate my patience and the gift never arrived.. - once the bed is ready, the delivery can happen only on very limited timeslots - so extra 2 weeks waiting - narrow timeslot but anyway it has been missed and delivery arrived late (create problems to my work schedule and my family's) - have to open all (huge) boxes to find instructions, these have been the most complicated, to understand and make sure not to make mistakes, in my life (Ikea is like a kids game in comperison) - one important fixation special screw was missing and have to find myself a replacement to the DIY shop (wasted time, gas and patience) - very very difficult to assembly properly and to fit the pieces I ended up demaging parts that could not just fit in naturally and have to be hammered down - many assembly steps could have been done in a better sequence to make it more human to be assembled. I ended up having to install bolds under the bed once the overall structure was already assembled with very difficult and painful moment. of course the bold would not fit easily and has been a real pain. this could have been done in a previous step when the tables where easy to access and already under other preparation - many screws are self tapping. there is not even a tiny pre fixation hole and this is making extremily frustrating the overall assembly process - overall now it looks nice but has been a torture make it happen in so many ways that doesn't make it worth it.
