Dear Cindy, Sorry to hear that you were surprised by the duties & fees associated with purchase. Please note that on our webshop and in our email signatures we advertise we are a European webshop. All orders into the USA are subject to duties & fees due to the current administrations views on global trade. We wish it wasn't the case but it is, apologies for the unpleasant surprise. I do believe when ordering online knowing where you are ordering from is important just like knowing the import laws of your country. Kind regards, Bob Lont
