Ignored my mails regarding cancellation
I have contacted them multiple times regarding the cancellation of my order for the Tenways CGO600 Pro (black, small). Each time I was told the bike was on its way, while in reality it had already been out of stock for a long time. Even during my visit to the physical store, a staff member called a Tenways representative directly while I was standing there, and it was confirmed that this model in this color and size is completely sold out and can no longer be delivered. Despite my repeated notifications both by phone and in the store, my order has still not been cancelled. This has been dragging on for far too long now.
