Friendly and supportive
The team at Hydrotense is very friendly, helpful and supportive. The unit I ordered did not fit in my space, and they allowed me to exchange for a different unit. Then I needed different parts, and they sent them to me at no extra cost, with only a verbal agreement that I will return the parts I had. They answered all my questions without hesitation. I completed the installation and the water softener is working perfectly. I can definitely recommend this company and product.
