Ordered some bolts with next-day delivery and paid 25,- EUR fee for DHL Express. However, DHL delayed the delivery, and unfortunately, I received the order one day late. This is the 2nd time and Fabory did not really do anything about it. They just say the delay happened by DHL, and not them. My advice: If DHL often fails to commit to their promises, better you think of another logistics partner. At the end, clients will say FABORY failed to deliver their urgent orders on time.
