very disappointed with my order
very disappointed with my order. I rarely leave reviews, but unfortunately one of the jars arrived completely broken because the packaging was not secure enough to protect the glass during shipping. As you can see from the photos, the glass shattered inside the box and the product spilled everywhere. I was really looking forward to trying these products, so it was very upsetting to receive them in this condition. I hope you can improve the packaging to prevent this from happening to future customers. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how you can help resolve this situation. This keeps the door open for them to offer a replacement or refund without you asking for one directly, which often leads to a better outcome.
