[corrected review] Good product, not straightforward to set up
I had quite a bad start with not being able to install the product I had bought for my car. Then my emails got lost when I tried to reach out for suport which meant one week without reaction. After a few back and forth I eventually manage to get in touch with sonniboy.nl customer service. After that the help and support was good. The company even proposed to call or me to pass by. I eventually managed to install my product which seems very good and of good quality. Happy abouth the purchase at the moment. I think that the manual could benefit from better instructions and would need to always be sent by email to see colours that don't show in black and white. Also a pity that the videos on the website don't work. Overall, good product. Good support team. My experience started a bit badly but ended up very positive.
